Ben Collins,

CoinCorner’s business development manager, stated that this unique partnership will increase adoption and use Bitcoin as a payment method in the aviation sector.

The decision to accept Bitcoin was made in response to increased client demand for alternative payment options.

CoinCornerCheckout is one the UK’s most popular payment gateways. It has enabled hundreds of businesses to seamlessly integrate Bitcoin payments. The platform’s services can also be used in the Isle of Man, EU, and other countries.

Quiznos, a chain of restaurants available in the US and 32 other countries, is also set to accept Bitcoin payments. The sandwich shops giant has announced a partnership with cryptocurrency payments provider Bakkt in a pilot program at select locations in Denver, USA.

The pilot will begin in August. It will allow Quiznos customers to use the Bakkt App for meal payments.

In April, the price of Bitcoin reached an all-time high of $64,804. 72, CoinGecko data shows.
