Local reports claim that

Crypto Blockchain Industries is set to become public on Paris’ stock exchange. It is a France-based company that specializes in blockchain technology.

The decision to admit the company’s ordinary shares was approved by the Euronext Paris SA on 21 October, with 2021, the report added.

According to Bourse Direct the initial public offering (IPO), by CBI, is a listing on the Paris Euronext Growth Stock Exchange. It is the first listing for any blockchain-centric company in the country.

The stock of Crypto Blockchain Industries will be listed at 2 euros per share.

Eyeing growth and adoption

CBI is listing as the company seeks to expand its market presence and attract industrial and strategic partners. The company plans to take advantage of the opportunity to raise additional funding from investors in blockchain.

Listing at Euronext Growth Paris will increase our visibility as well as allow us to associate with new strategic, financial and industrial partners as part our investments in blockchain technology ,” said Frederic Chesnais, the CEO of the company.

As the crypto market expands, CBI has targeted its growth path around projects in videogames, NFTs and the virtual worlds of metaverse.

In April, Coinbase, a US exchange went public through a Nasdaq direct listing. The IPO is one of many planned for 2021 in the near future. There are prospects for top firms such as Blockchain.com and Kraken (US-based), and eToro, as well as Bakkt, BlockFi, as well as other leading companies like eToro and Bakkt.

Meanwhile, investor sentiment in the crypto market is still extremely optimistic after Bitcoin (BTC) price touched a new all-time high above $67k. The altcoin market is also attracting huge investments, with inflows in funds and products underpinned by Ethereum, Solana, and Cardano rising.
